Resumen
La presente investigación titulada “Estilos de vida saludable en estudiantes del cuarto año de la institución educativa “María Auxiliadora” – Huanta 2025”. Tuvo como objetivo: Describir los estilos de vida de los estudiantes del cuarto año de la Institución Educativa “María Auxiliadora” de Huanta durante el año 2025. El estudio se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico y nivel descriptivo simple, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 73 estudiantes, seleccionando una muestra de 29 alumnos de la sección "C" a través de un muestreo. Para la recolección de datos, se utilizó un cuestionario tipo Likert compuesto por 15 ítems. El resultado detalla, la mayoría de los estudiantes (17 estudiantes), representados por un 58,6%, manifiestan una frecuencia de “Nunca” en la práctica de un estilo de vida saludable. Así mismo, se le agrega la cifra de (10 alumnos) quienes corresponden a un 34,5% quienes se encuentran en “Casi nunca”, se determina muy deficiente. Por último, se detalla, que apenas (2 estudiantes) que figuran un 6,9% se ubican en “A veces” y ningún estudiante se ubica en “Casi siempre o Siempre”. Se concluye, que el objetivo general muestra que los estilos de vida saludable son deficientes y alarmantes en los estudiantes del cuarto año de la institución educativa “María Auxiliadora” – Huanta 2025.
The present research entitled “Healthy Lifestyle Habits in Fourth-Year Students of the Educational Institution ‘María Auxiliadora’ – Huanta 2025” aimed to describe the lifestyle habits of fourth-year students at the Educational Institution “María Auxiliadora” in Huanta during the year 2025. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach, basic type, and simple descriptive level, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 73 students, selecting a sample of 29 students from section "C" through sampling. For data collection, a Likert-type questionnaire composed of 15 items was used. The results detail that the majority of students (17 students), representing 58.6%, reported a frequency of “Never” in practicing a healthy lifestyle. Likewise, the figure of (10 students), corresponding to 34.5%, who fall under “Almost never,” is added, which is determined to be very deficient. Finally, it is detailed that only (2 students), representing 6.9%, are located in “Sometimes,” and no student is in “Almost always or Always.” It is concluded that the general objective shows that healthy lifestyle habits are deficient and alarming among fourth-year students of the educational institution “María Auxiliadora” – Huanta 2025.
