El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el clima laboral y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local, Churcampa, Huancavelica 2024. El estudio se desarrolla bajo un estudio descriptivo correlacional con una población de 60 empleados y una muestra de 53 trabajadores administrativos quienes son seleccionados mediante una técnica de muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple. La recolección de datos se realiza mediante la técnica de encuesta, sirviendo el cuestionario como instrumento para ambas variables. Los datos son analizados a través de estadística descriptiva e inferencial. Se utiliza la prueba estadística Tau-b de Kendall la cual reporta un coeficiente de correlación de 0,249, lo que indica una relación positiva débil entre clima laboral y la satisfacción laboral. Esto sugiere que, a medida que el ambiente de trabajo mejora, los trabajadores de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Churcampa tienden a mostrar un ligero incremento en su satisfacción laboral. Sin embargo, los resultados evidencian que la relación no es estadísticamente significativa, por lo que se resalta la importancia de realizar investigaciones posteriores que consideren otras variables para comprender con mayor profundidad los factores que influyen en la satisfacción laboral (tau-b de Kendall: 0,249; p = 0,063>0,05).
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the work climate and job satisfaction of the employees of the Local Educational Management Unit of Churcampa, Huancavelica, in 2024. The study is conducted under a descriptive correlational design, with a population of 60 employees and a sample of 53 administrative workers selected through a simple random probabilistic sampling technique. Data collection is carried out using the survey technique, with the questionnaire serving as the instrument for both variables. The data are analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics. The Kendall’s Tau-b statistical test reports a correlation coefficient of 0.249, indicating a weak positive relationship between the work climate and job satisfaction. This suggests that as the work environment improves, the administrative employees of the Local Educational Management Unit of Churcampa tend to show a slight increase in their job satisfaction. However, the results reveal that the relationship is not statistically significant, highlighting the importance of conducting further research that considers additional variables to better understand the factors influencing job satisfaction (Kendall’s Tau-b: 0.249; p = 0.063 > 0.05).
