Resumen
Este trabajo de investigación titulado “PROGRAMA DE CIRCUIT TRAINING PARA MEJORAR EL RENDIMIENTO FÍSICO DEN LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL 5TO. GRADO DE LA I.E. PUB. 38305/MX-P “HUANCAYOCC” HUANTA 2021”, cuyo objetivo es comprobar la influencia del programa de circuit training en la mejora del rendimiento físico de los estudiantes del quinto grado del nivel primario de la provincia de Huanta, partió del problema, ¿De qué manera influye el Circuit Training en la mejora del rendimiento físico de los estudiantes del quinto grado de la Institución Educativa N° 38305 Mx-P “Huancayocc” Huanta 2021?
Para comprobar el objetivo se plantea una propuesta pedagógica fundamentada con 10 sesiones de intervención con una duración de 90 minutos por 03 meses para la recolección de datos se utilizará la técnica la observación y los instrumentos son los test de agilidad (Illinois) test de fuerza abdominal, test de velocidad y guía de observación. Es de tipo experimental diseño pre experimental utilizando el método inductivo deductivo con una muestra de 20 estudiantes en el quinto grado “A”, se concluye de la siguiente manera: (1) A partir de la propuesta pedagógica se permite evidenciar la influencia del método circuit trainig para mejorar la resistencia física de los estudiantes de la muestra seleccionada ya que su implementación es fácil la aplicación y los resultados demostrados en base a la experiencia desarrollada en los diversos procesos de la práctica profesional. (2) Se puede determinar también la influencia del método circuit training para mejorar la velocidad de los estudiantes de la muestra en base al proceso integral de los ejercicios desarrollados en la propuesta que permite validar los resultados obtenidos. (3) Se determinó la influencia del método circuit training para mejorar la agilidad de los estudiantes ya que complementan el proceso de formación para las actividades planificadas. (4) Se evidencia la influencia de método circuit training para mejorar la resistencia y fuerza, verifica la coordinación adecuada de las actividades deportivas y logra los resultados eficientes ´para dicho proceso.
This research work entitled "CIRCUIT TRAINING PROGRAM TO IMPROVE PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE IN STUDENTS OF THE FIFTH GRADE OF THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION N ° 38305 MX-P "HUANCAYOCC" HUANTA 2021 "whose objective is to verify the influence of the circuit program training in improving physical performance in fifth grade students of the primary level of the province of Huanta, started from the problem, How does Circuit Training influence the improvement of physical performance of fifth grade students of the Educational Institution No. 38305 Mx-p “Huancayocc” Huanta 2021?. To verify the objective, a pedagogical proposal is proposed based on 10 intervention sessions with a duration of 90 minutes for 03 months for data collection, observation will be used with the technique and the instruments are the agility test (Illinois) abdominal strength test. It is an experimental pre-experimental design using the inductive-deductive method with a sample of 20 students in the fifth grade, it is concluded as follows: (1) From the pedagogical proposal, it is possible to demonstrate the influence of the circuit method training to improve the physical resistance of the students of the selected sample since its implementation is easy, the application and the results demonstrated based on the experience developed in the various processes of professional practice. (2) The influence of the circuit training method to improve the speed of the students of the sample can also be determined based on the integral process of the exercises developed in the proposal that allows validating the results obtained. (3) The influence of the circuit training method was determined to improve the agility of the students since they complement the training process for the planned activities. (4) The influence of the circuit training method to improve endurance and strength is evidenced, verifies the proper coordination of sports activities and achieves efficient results for said process.
