El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de la arteterapia en el desarrollo del bienestar socioemocional de los niños y niñas de 3 años de la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 38266/Mx-P “Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes” de Huanta, 2023. Metodológicamente, se realizó una investigación con un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada educativa, nivel experimental y con un diseño pre experimental. La población estuvo constituida por 72 niños y niñas de 3 años de educación inicial, de los cuales se seleccionó una muestra de 22 estudiantes, seleccionados mediante la técnica de muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Para la recolección de datos se empleó la técnica de observación, utilizando como instrumento una ficha de observación. Los datos recolectados fueron organizados en tablas de frecuencias y gráficos estadísticos, y procesados con el software estadístico SPSS versión 25. Asimismo, se aplicó la prueba no paramétrica de Wilcoxon para la contratación de la hipótesis, con un nivel de confianza al 95% y un nivel de significancia de 5%. Los resultados encontrados evidencian que la aplicación de la arteterapia influye significativamente en el desarrollo del bienestar socioemocional de los niños y niñas de 3 años de la institución educativa inicial N°38266/Mx-P “Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes” de Huanta. El valor de significancia asintótica bilateral obtenida fue de p = 0,000, lo cual es inferior al 0,05, lo cual confirma que los estudiantes lograron desarrollar las dimensiones de autoconciencia, autocontrol, conciencia social y manejo de relaciones.
The present research work aimed to determine the influence of art therapy on the development of the socio-emotional well-being of 3-year-old children at the Initial Educational Institution No. 38266 / Mx-P "Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes" in Huanta, 2023. Methodologically, a research was carried out with a quantitative approach, of an applied educational type, experimental level and with a pre-experimental design. The population consisted of 72 children of 3 years of early education, from which a sample of 22 students was selected, selected using the non-probabilistic convenience sampling technique. For data collection, the observation technique was used, using an observation form as an instrument. The collected data were organized into frequency tables and statistical graphs and processed using SPSS version 25 statistical software. The nonparametric Wilcoxon test was also applied to test the hypothesis, with a 95% confidence interval and a 5% significance level. The results show that art therapy significantly influences the development of the socioemotional well-being of 3-year-old children at the early childhood education institution N°38266/Mx-P "Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes" in Huanta. The two-tailed asymptotic significance level obtained was p = 0.000, which is less than 0.05, confirming that the students managed to develop the dimensions of self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, and relationship management.
