Resumen
La investigación se realizó con la finalidad de comprobar la influencia del mindfulness en la conducta social de los estudiantes del 6to grado “E” del nivel primario de la institución educativa González Vigil de Huanta, tesis de tipo experimental, de nivel explicativa con diseño pre experimental; se ha ejecutado sobre una muestra de estudios de 21 estudiantes de ambos géneros, para lo cual se ha empleado un muestreo de tipo no probabilístico, para el proceso de recolección de datos se ha empleado como instrumentos el plan de aplicación basado en sesiones de clase y la batería de socialización Bas-3,del para la variable problema de conducta social antes y después; Los resultados demuestran un avance significativos en las consideración hacia los demás y en liderazgo de los estudiantes; sin embargo, no mostró un efecto significativo en la dimensión de autocontrol, retraimiento social, ansiedad-timidez. Los estudiantes lograron niveles superiores de empatía, respeto y autorregulación emocional, contribuyendo a un ambiente de convivencia más armónico y enriquecedor, sin embargo, en algunas dimensiones no mostraron mejorías. Estos resultados se respaldan estadísticamente a través del análisis del Rango de Wilcoxon, que arrojó un valor Z de -2,000 y un nivel de significancia bilateral de p=0,046. Este valor, al ser menor que el umbral crítico de α=0,05 (p=0,046 < 0,05), indica que las mejoras observadas no son producto de la casualidad, sino que están directamente relacionadas con la implementación del mindfulness como estrategia.
The research was carried out with the purpose of verifying the influence of mindfulness on the social behavior of students in the 6th grade “E” of the primary level of the González Vigil de Huanta educational institution, an experimental type thesis, of explanatory level with pre-experimental design; it has been executed on a study sample of 21 schoolchildren of both genders, for which a non-probabilistic sampling was used, for the data collection process the application plan based on class sessions and the Bas-3 socialization battery were used as instruments. The data collection process used the application plan based on class sessions and the Bas-3 socialization battery as instruments for the social behavior problem variable before and after; The results show significant progress in the students' consideration of others and in their leadership; however, there was no significant effect in the dimensions of self-control, social withdrawal, anxiety and fear. The students achieved higher levels of empathy, respect and emotional selfregulation, contributing to a more harmonious and enriching coexistence environment; however, in some dimensions they did not show improvements. These results are statistically supported through the Wilcoxon Rank analysis, which yielded a Z value of - 2.000 and a bilateral significance level of p=0.046. This value, being lower than the critical threshold of α=0.05 (p=0.046 < 0.05), indicates that the observed improvements are not the product of chance, but are directly related to the implementation of mindfulness
