| dc.description.abstract | The present research entitled: Circuit training in the resistance of students of the secondary level of the Educational Institution "Joel Durand Sobrevilla" Santillana, 2025. The objective of this research was to determine the influence of circuit training on the development of endurance in fifth grade students, the research is of an applied type, with an experimental design, the population was constituted by 25 students of the VII cycle of the secondary level and was He used the Coopper test and the Burpees test as instruments. The results obtained in the pre-test show that most of the students presented a low level of resistance, since 73.3% were placed in this category, while only 26.7% reached the regular level. These results reflect a limited initial performance in the resistance variable, with no presence of students at the good, excellent or deficient levels. In the post-test, a notable improvement in resistance levels is observed. The percentage of students in the low level dropped significantly to 20.0%, while the regular level increased to 53.3%. Likewise, 26.7% of the students reached the good level, a category that was not recorded in the pre-test. There was no evidence of excellent or deficient presence. In conclusion, the comparison between the pre- and post-test shows a positive progress in the resistance variable, evidencing a displacement of the students from low to higher levels, which allows us to infer that the applied strategy had a favorable effect on the development of resistance. | |
