La presente investigación titulada Tenis de campo para mejorar las capacidades físicas en los niños de la Institución Educativa “Luis Cavero Bendezú”, Huanta-2024 tuvo como objetivo general: Demostrar la influencia del tenis de campo en la mejora de las capacidades físicas de los estudiantes del cuarto grado “A” de la Institución Educativa “Luis Cavero Bendezú” de Huanta, 2024. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, con diseño pre experimental, la población estuvo constituida por 44 estudiantes entre niños y niñas del cuarto grado A, B y C y la muestra estuvo conformada por 21 estudiantes del 4to “A”, se utilizó como instrumento la ficha de observación. Los resultados obtenidos sobre la influencia del tenis de campo fue que la aplicación de dicho deporte tuvo un efecto positivo en el desarrollo de las capacidades físicas. En el pre test predominaba el nivel bajo (61,9%), en el pos test este nivel desaparece por completo, dando paso a un incremento en el nivel medio (52,3%) y en el nivel alto (47,6%). Además, el valor de significancia obtenido (p = 0,000 < 0,05) junto con el estadístico Z = -4,359 evidencian que estos cambios no son producto del azar, sino que responden a la efectividad de la intervención, lo que permite aceptar la hipótesis planteada.
This research, entitled "Field Tennis to Improve Physical Abilities in Children of the 'Luis Cavero Bendezú' Educational Institution, Huanta-2024," had the general objective of demonstrating the influence of field tennis on improving the physical abilities of fourth-grade students in section A at the "Luis Cavero Bendezú" Educational Institution in Huanta, 2024. The research was applied in nature, with a pre-experimental design. The population consisted of 44 students (boys and girls) from fourth grade sections A, B, and C, and the sample comprised 21 students from fifth grade section 4A. An observation checklist was used as the data collection instrument. The results obtained regarding the influence of field tennis showed that the application of this sport had a positive effect on the development of physical abilities. In the pre-test, the low level predominated (61.9%), but in the post-test, this level disappeared completely, giving way to an increase in the medium level (52.3%) and the high level (47.6%). Furthermore, the significance level obtained (p = 0.000 < 0.05) along with the Z statistic = -4.359 demonstrate that these changes are not due to chance, but rather to the effectiveness of the intervention, thus supporting the proposed hypothesis.
