Resumen
En el presente trabajo de investigación sobre la autonomía en los niños y niñas permitió desarrollar a los niños y niñas tomar sus propias decisiones, aprender a ser independientes, visibilizar sus intereses y gustos. en la autorregulación, toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas esto debido a la aplicación de la estrategia de los juegos de roles. Cuyo objetivo fue determinar la influencia del juego de roles en el desarrollo de la autonomía en los niños y niñas de 4 años. Se realizo una investigación educativa aplicada, enfoque cuantitativo, nivel experimental (explicativo), diseño pre experimental en un solo grupo de pre test y pos test. La población estuvo compuesta por 72 niños de 3, 4 y 5 años; la muestra se conformó por 18 niños de 4 años, el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia. En la recolección de datos se empleó la técnica fue la observación y su instrumento la ficha de observación, los datos recolectados se organizaron en tablas y en gráficos estadísticos, en la prueba de hipótesis se empleó la prueba de rangos con signos de Wilcoxon para muestras relacionadas, los principales hallazgos la autonomía influye en el desarrollo de la autorregulación, resolución de problemas y la toma de decisiones en los niños y niñas (valor p=0,000<0,05). Se concluye que el juego de roles influye significativamente en el desarrollo de la autonomía en los niños y niñas
