Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo, demostrar de qué manera la Gimnasia Rítmica desarrolla la expresión corporal de los estudiantes del primer grado de educación secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Ramón Castilla Marquesado” de marcas, 2023. Se sugirieron actividades y estrategias para mejorar este aspecto de los estudiantes de secundaria. Para ello se utilizó un tipo de estudio pre experimental con un diseño experimental. Dirigido a 12 estudiantes de primer año de secundaria, utilizó el método inductivo-deductivo para interactuar directamente con los estudiantes y observar sus expresiones físicas en gimnasia rítmica, utilizando como herramientas técnicas de observación y guías de observación. Para comprobar este objetivo, se planteó una propuesta pedagógica alternativa de gimnasia rítmica, con una duración de 45 minutos durante un período de 6 meses, en 12 sesiones interactivas, que incluyen pruebas previas y posteriores y materiales didácticos innovadores. Cabe señalar que esta propuesta se puede aplicar a diferentes niveles de educación básica. Las sugerencias pedagógicas son flexibles ya que se pueden aplicar a diferentes situaciones estudiantiles, teniendo en cuenta las características de cada nivel, ciclo y grado, y las herramientas propuestas se pueden adaptar a la situación según el desempeño de cada ciclo y nivel de los estudiantes.
The objective of thisresearch work is: To demonstrate how Rhythmic Gymnastics develops the body expression of students in the first grade of secondary education at the “Ramón Castilla Marquezado” Educational Institution of Marcas, 2023. Activities and strategies were suggested to improve this aspect of high school students. For this, a type of experimental study with a preliminary experimental design was used. Aimed at 12 first- year high school students, we use the inductive-deductive method to interact directly with the students and observe their physical expressions in rhythmic gymnastics, using observation techniques and observation guides as tools. To verify this objective, an alternative pedagogical proposal for rhythmic gymnastics is proposed, lasting 45 minutes over a period of 6 months, in 12 interactive sessions, which include pre- and post-tests and innovative teaching materials. It should be noted that this proposal can be applied to different levels of basic education. The pedagogical suggestions are flexible since they can be applied to different student situations, taking into account the characteristics of each level, cycle and grade, and the proposed tools can be adapted to the situation according to the performance of each cycle and level of the students.
